Sawmill Bay Beach Gem: 2 – 3 inches approx. A beach oyster for that special beachy feeling. A stronger, fuller flavour with a distinct sweet and briny finish. Ideal for the raw oyster connoisseur.
Sawmill Bay Beach DD: 3 – 3.75 inches approx. Discovery Islands Delight – Deep and Delicious. Full flavoured and meaty – ideal for your cooked oyster dishes, e.g. Rockefeller or Panko coated and fried. Also perfect for the barbeque (direct heat) with their thicker beach shell.
