Rotary Oyster Production System or ROPS for short is Sawmill Bay’s new system for producing oysters.

At Sawmill Bay we are very aware and concerned about climate change and the effects it is already having on our oceans. Shellfish are the canary in the coal mine for changing ocean conditions and we want to do something about it.
The ROPS system will be available for sale and delivery this summer.
